Estate Documents Made Easy

We often avoid the topic of Estate Planning because its; (a) uncomfortable; (b) think setting up an estate plan is complicated; and (c) worry it will be too expensive. Nowadays, there are many options to create your estate documents easily and affordably.

AGillette LDA can help you make the process easy, and for an affordable price. Our Process:

  1. Contact our office and complete our interview questions.

  2. Upon payment, AGillette LDA will schedule your personal, one-on-one telephone appointment. This appointment will take 30-45 minutes during which time we will review every aspect of your completed interview to make sure your plan is set up exactly how you want it. It’s also a great time to ask any questions you may have.

  3. Our office will prepare your estate documents in final form, ready for signing. Your documents will then be deposited into a private, secure cloud portal for your instant access and/or mailed to you with signing instructions.

To create your estate planning documents, AGillette LDA uses the same software that many attorneys use. What this means is for a fraction of the cost, your estate documents will be equivalent to the same documents attorneys charge thousands of dollars for!

We Offer Several Estate Document Options:

  • Will package: Includes individual will, advance healthcare directive, HIPAA waiver and financial power of attorney.

  • Trust package: Includes trust, pour-over will, advance healthcare directive, financial power of attorney, certificate of trust, declaration of trust, HIPAA waiver and Trust Schedules.

  • A’la Carte Documents: We also offer preparation of individual documents as well; however keep in mind our package services offer a better value for cost.
