AGillette LDA is dedicated to helping Northern California individuals avoid the high stress and high cost of hiring attorneys to assist in uncontested legal matters. We are committed to assisting from the heart and using innovative legal solutions to resolve everyday legal problems. 

We are remote Legal Document Assistants. We are here to help the In Pro Per client with their legal documents.


OUR PROCESS:

* We Arrange to Serve the Participating Parties 

Step One: 

We get the facts to determine what legal documents need to be prepared. This includes gathering basic information pertaining to your case. If you have documents that are already endorsed by the court, we request those docs to obtain information needed from those documents.


Step Two:

Once the documents are drafted and prepared by our legal document assistants, we will send them to your provided email for approval.

Step Three: 

Once you have approved the documents, we will schedule an appointment to sign the documents and/or send them to your provided email for signature.
 

Step Four: 

We will produce the necessary copies and courier the files over to the appropriate courthouse. 

 

Optional Step:

If you need the participating party served, we will arrange for a process server to handle this for you.
 

Please note

We are unable to provide a status update on court procedures as they do not provide these services. However, we will notify you once we receive endorsed copies of your documents.


As a client, you will always receive a digital copy sent via email, as well as all paper copies via USPS.

In the event that the documents are rejected, we will determine the issue(s) and re-submit for everything at no additional cost unless new information needs to be submitted or a client knowingly provided false information to the assistant. As such, an invoice will be produced for work need to be completed.


DIGITAL ACCESS TO YOUR DOCUMENTS:
As AGillette LDA receives the court endorsed document(s), our client(s) will always receive a paper copy via USPS from our office. We provide digital copies of your court endorsed documents (that we prepared and filed for you). Clients are then able to view and print them whenever they like.

We provide a remote document preparation with an in-person and/or remote document review and signature capture meeting followed with digital delivery to a client’s court endorsed documents.
